About Our Medical Centre

Our Practice is conveniently located in Riverwood Plaza Shopping Centre. Our team are friendly and welcoming, dedicated to providing you with personalised, professional and quality healthcare. We want to build relationships with you, making sure that we meet your individual needs at one location. There is easy on-site parking available.

Your first visit to our practice will lead to a relationship of many years where a stronger bond will be developed with your GP, Nurse and Reception staff who would take care of you and your family. We work with local community sharing good health and preventative illnesses tips. We work with you no matter what lifestage you are at, whether you require ongoing care or just a quick consultation.
Appointments
​
Consultations are normally by first come first serve or by appointment basis. Please let the reception know if you wish to book longer appointments for several issues, pap smear or annual health check.

Access and Parking
​
No-step access is provided through the entry of the building. Please use this entrance and waiting room if you are accompanied by an assistance dog. Undercover parking is also available on first come first serve basis. Plenty of other parking is available in and around the shopping centre.

Privacy
​
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy which is consistent with the privacy legislation. You are entitled to know what information is held, who has access, to whom it may be disclosed, when your consent is needed and how it is stored. Prescriptions and Test Results
​
Your GP will access your current medical condition before prescribing any medication. It is very much possible that your medical condition has either improved and you do not require any futher medication, Please visit our GP for getting any repeat precriptions. Sometimes to diagnose the medical conditions, we require additional tests like blood test. To discuss your test results please visit your GP.
Medical Student Training

From time to time Medical students may be present at this practice. This is an important part of a student’s training as it allows them to put theoretical learnings into a real world context. The staff and Doctors at the practice will seek your consent before involving a Medical Student in your care.
